Having relocated to the United Kingdom in 1975 to pursue higher education, Mr. Sivajothi has embarked on a professional journey as an Accountant, gaining expertise in general accounting and auditing. Transitioning five years later to the Insurance industry, he excelled in managing sales and marketing departments. Following several successful years in the Insurance sector, he established his own company, Reliance Limited, specializing in insurance brokerage and financial consultancy, with a focus on re-financing and re-structuring small to medium-sized companies.

Over the ensuing years, he had honed his skills and expertise, evolving his objective to specialize in startups and the restructuring of distressed companies across the UK, Europe, USA, and Sri Lanka. With a dedicated commitment spanning over 30 years, he has been actively involved in the business of transformations and turnarounds, both domestically and internationally.

Currently, he serves as the Shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Insunaa Investments & Informatics Pvt Ltd -an Investment Holding Company, Insunaa Advisory Pvt Ltd and Goldsun Capital Pvt Ltd, formed to enter the energy sector as consultants and agents for fossil fuel suppliers. Through his leadership, he continues to contribute to the success and growth of these ventures in the ever-evolving business landscape.
